Robyn Baltuch has almost 20 years of event experience in design, brand activations, partnerships, corporate & organization events, community programming, social gatherings, and weddings. Strong relationships with global vendors and contractors allows her to design high-impact events of all sizes and to create bespoke teams customized for each client’s unique needs.

    Robyn played a major role in the creation and launch of The Wynwood Coloring Book. Her connections, organization, creativity, and attention to detail helped make this project a reality from idea to execution. Robyn's efforts gained press recognition for the bestseller book, and successfully placed it in various outlets and museums. She also planned, designed and managed a sold out launch party that attracted over seven hundred attendees. Her keen attention to detail helped build partnerships and create a memorable guest experience.

    She also worked on the production of a commercial video and screening party, organizing over one hundred participants and several locations.

    Robyn helped my organization become what it is today. She placed it on the map, saved us time and money, helped us avoid headaches and was instrumental to recognize blind spots we would have missed if it weren't for her keen and sharp business acumen. Throughout the planning process, when we spoke with vendors they were constantly telling us we are in great hands when they learned we were working with Robyn. She gave us multiple options to look at in choosing vendors and helped us negotiate the contracts. One huge benefit we felt we gained by working with Robyn is that, unlike the many horror stories you hear from others about vendors not bringing the food, décor, lighting, etc. that you sampled and agreed to and many times cheapening out with the final product, we did not experience any of these kind of issues; seems like the vendors didn’t want to burn bridges with Robyn and the possibility of repeat business so they delivered as promised and in the timeline that was promised.
